The user-centered approach of m.c.t. focuses on the
motivations of users' behavior and their goals. People are
not usually aware of their motivations and goals when they
take action, but rather their vision of their future lives is
hidden behind these motivations and goals on an
unconscious level. All excellent user experiences share a
common structure where users feel attraction to a brand,
engage with the brand, and then seek to extend their
relationship with the brand. We will discover what users are
seeking in terms of their unconscious motivations and goals
and build an excellent experience for them.
