Step 1: Project preparation

Step 2: In-depth interviews
--One-on-one interviews utilizing images (approximately two hours)

Step 3: Analysis
-- Correlation analysis of elements of image configuration using analysis software and other analysis

Step 4: Immersion session
--Joint interpretation of the analysis results, creation of hypothesis, suggestion of strategy
