“Artbar Osaka,” operated by Daishinsha Delight, offers an experiential session with the concept of “Relax and be creative while enjoying drinks!” Participants can enjoy beverages and light snacks while freely drawing famous paintings from around the world. This session allows anyone, even those who don’t typically engage in drawing, to easily experience art in a casual manner.

With the aim of providing such experiences in various locations, Daishinsha Delight is actively collaborating with diverse venues, including commercial facilities and accommodations. In this presentation, we will introduce their initiatives in expanding these collaborations, with the goal of reaching a wider audience.

Offering the experience of painting in an art space. Collaboration with Aquarium

A nature aquarium exhibition showcasing the beauty of natural ecosystems through the use of stones, driftwood, and aquatic plants was held at the Namba SkyO 7th-floor convention hall. The exhibition, known as “Nature Aquarium,” recreated the allure of nature within aquarium tanks. In this enchanting setting, a special collaboration session was realized, allowing participants to paint within this mesmerizing space.

Over the course of three sessions, the collaboration carefully selected themes related to water from Artbar’s diverse range of sessions.Participants had the opportunity to immerse themselves in a microcosm within the aquarium tanks, accompanied by the graceful presence of beautiful fish. Drawing inspiration from the captivating underwater landscapes, they engaged in a truly memorable experience of creating art.

Enjoy shopping and art experience at the same time. Collaboration with department stores

Artbar Osaka exhibits as a pop-up store when seasonal events are held at department stores. Many collaborations have been realized at major department stores located in the center of Osaka.
Artbar Osaka sessions allow you and your family, couples, or friends to enjoy and share time painting together. Not only is such an experience an irreplaceable memory, but it also makes a great gift since you can take home your own work of art. The service has been popular at events such as Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day. Customers who come to shop at Artbar are also interested in trying their hand at painting, making it an opportunity to introduce Artbar to people who are not familiar with it.

Collaboration with lodging facilities where you can encounter the joy of experiencing art on your trip

Naoshima (Kagawa Prefecture), an island in the Seto Inland Sea with a population of about 3,000, is called a sacred place for contemporary art. Artbar Osaka will land on this island, which is attracting a great deal of attention from overseas.
Naoshima is dotted with works by Yayoi Kusama, known worldwide for her polka-dot motifs, and Tadao Ando, known for his famous architecture, and attracts many tourists from all over Japan and abroad. Located on this Naoshima island, an art bar collaborates with an inn facing the beautiful sea and islands. Guests can experience art created by themselves while feeling the pleasant breeze and the sound of waves. The art bar at the inn, where you can enjoy a stay unique to Naoshima, will be a wonderful experience that will remain in your memory for a long time.

Artbar Osaka will continue to meet with many people in numerous locations.Artbar is also beneficial as a team-building activity, and we are currently developing collaborations with companies. Through the unique challenge of art making, team members can work toward the same goal and express their creative thinking and communication skills.
