In the previous renewal, our key message was “Leading to results through marketing and design”, but we have changed it to “Marketing is Delight”. In order to lead to results, in addition to the values we provide, such as marketing and design, it is necessary to improve the quality of communication and make the work more exciting through the participation of our members. We have renewed the message and created a new lead copy with the message “We want to work with you to create work that is full of joy!

2.organize service and content groups around the customer.

As a result of developing solutions to meet customer needs, service pages were unorganized. In addition, content such as case studies, blogs, and seminars, although highly read, were fragmented and not viewed by multiple users.

Therefore, after reexamining the situation from a customer-centered perspective, we came up with the idea of visualizing Daishinsha’s unique way of thinking. Based on this conceptual diagram, we asked ourselves, “Is this a necessary service? Is this the kind of content we want to see?” As a result, we revamped the service page and renewed the content as “Delight Journal,” an on-demand media.

3.Design focused on “people” and member page renewal

We often hear from our customers that we are a strong “team” because we respect “individuals. We have been sending out information on our member page, but we have renewed the page with an eye-catching design to make you feel the strength of our “team” and the uniqueness of our “individuals” and make you want to “work together” with them.
